Share this guide with your residents to help them get started with the Zorex resident portal.

Accepting your invitation

Your HOA board will send you an invitation email from Zorex. Click the link in the email to create your account and connect to your unit.

The invitation link expires after 72 hours. If your link has expired, contact your HOA board to request a new invitation.

If you do not see the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also check the Promotions tab.

Logging in

After accepting your invitation, you can log in at any time by visiting your HOA community link and entering your email and password.

If you forget your password, click Forgot password on the login page and a reset email will be sent to you.

Paying your HOA dues

When your board sends an invoice, you will receive an email notification. You can view and pay outstanding invoices from the Billing section of your resident portal.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — Zorex never stores your card information.

After paying, you will receive a receipt by email. Payments are typically reflected in your account within a few minutes.

Submitting a service request

To report a maintenance issue or make a request to the board, go to Requests in your portal and click New Request.

Describe the issue clearly and include your unit number. You can attach photos to help the board understand the problem.

You will receive an email notification when the board updates the status of your request.

Viewing announcements and documents

Your board posts community announcements in the Announcements section. These may include meeting notices, policy updates, or community news.

Association documents such as bylaws, CC&Rs, and meeting minutes are available in the Documents section.

Updating your contact information

To update your email address, phone number, or mailing address, go to My Profile in your resident portal. Contact your HOA board if you need to update your unit assignment.
