Our copyright claim

The compliance guides, templates, checklists, educational commentary, and organizational structure of the Zorex Resource Center are original works protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international treaties. Copyright ownership vests in Zorex Holdings, LLC.

Note: copyright does not protect the underlying statutes or regulations cited in our guides. It protects our original selection, organization, analysis, explanatory language, and templates.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on another site reproduces our materials without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district.

Counter-notices may be sent to the same address above.

Repeat infringers

Zorex Holdings, LLC will terminate access to its platform for users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
