Is our data secure?+
Every association's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and sign-in runs through token-based authentication. We don't sell or share your community's data.
Does Zorex touch our bank account?+
No. Your HOA owns its own Stripe account. Zorex never pools or commingles association funds — resident payments route directly to your HOA's bank account.
How do we migrate our existing records?+
Zorex has a guided import built for bringing over an existing HOA's data. Upload your resident roster and unit list, preview exactly what will change, and nothing commits until your board reviews it — you can roll back before you go live.
What support do we get?+

Who owns our records if we ever leave?+
